Join us for the seven most unpleasant minutes of your morning. After that it only gets better. :-).

Why we hear you ask.

Well, in minute 8 you’ll feel tons of adrenaline rushing through your body followed by an energy

boost and that unmatched feeling of being very proud of yourself that you made it!


Together with our sons we will do short exercices performed in rapid succession, allowing 30 seconds for each.


The upside is, after seven minutes, you’re done, and we will be glad to serve you breakfast!
